Job Responsibility

Employee and guest relations:
• Screen all incoming and outgoing correspondences and initiate follow-up action including receiving calls and referring callers to appropriate employees
• Answer queries regarding the company or related matters
• Attend all visitors at the office and deliver messages for the concerned employees in their absence
• Mail management including courier, office documents collections, letter dispatching both incoming and outgoing

Administrative duties:
• Manage the travel arrangements
• Vendor management
• Coordinate for office supplies
• Coordinate for office events –official dinner and lunch
• Necessary support providing to the administration as deemed appropriate such as:
o Keep note on entry/exit of employees
o Manage stationery inventory and update HR accordingly
o Handle internal service requests and expedite through coordination with HR & Operations.
o Update internal phone lists regularly

Supervisory duties:
• Manage all internal meetings as well as meetings with external parties
• Supervise the office assistants and the cleaner
• Supervise if the office equipment are working in order
• Assist the COO to schedule, organize and coordinate internal and external conference and meetings, manage calls and look up information, etc
• Ensure the front desk and office area looks professional, welcoming and is consistently well maintained
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management

Skills Required:

• Strong command in both English and Bangla
• Should be able to demonstrate a positive attitude
• Basic Math skills
• Should be able to show goodwill, diplomacy and excellent interpersonal skills
• Having relevant front desk and secretariat courses will be given preferences.
• Well conversant with computer literacy (MS Project, Office, Excel, Power Point, Internet).


Equivalent of high school education/ Bachelors in any relevant field
Special preference will be given to candidates who have Professional Certificate Course or Diploma in Secretarial Science or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

The applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in the following area(s): Office Assistant, Reception, Telephone Operator, and Administrative positions
